Where to fill your prescriptions

All members with a prescription drug rider can have their prescriptions filled at more than 2,200 retail pharmacies throughout Michigan and 58,000 retail pharmacies in the United States. You are also eligible for home delivery (mail order) and can receive up to a 90-day supply of your medication through your mail order benefit or from most retail pharmacies in our Michigan network.

At a retail pharmacy

You may fill prescriptions at any pharmacy in our network.

Mail order through Medco

If you have drug coverage, you are eligible for mail order prescription service from Medco. Before placing your order, make sure you have at least a 14-day supply of that medication on hand to hold you over. Your medication will usually be sent 7 to 11 days after you mail your order. Your doctor should provide you with two prescriptions:

Online refill through Medco

Visit the Medco Web site to refill your prescriptions online. You must be a registered user to log in to Medco's secure Web site to place your order.

Specialty drug mail order through Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy

Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy handles mail order prescriptions for specialty drugs only and provides a 34-day supply. These drugs are used to treat complex or rare conditions such as arthritis, asthma, multiple sclerosis, hepatitis C, and others.
