How to select or change your primary care physician online

Use Member Secured Services for faster service when selecting or changing your PCP. While you can still search for providers at MiBCN.com/find selecting or changing your PCP is only available using Member Secured Services.

To select or change your primary care physician:

  1. Log in to Member Secured Services.
  2. Select the Manage my Plan tab.
  3. Select Primary care physician – view or change.
  4. You will then be able to use the basic or advanced search forms to find and select your primary care physician.
