Behavioral health services

Members can call 800-482-5982 24 hours a day, seven days a week to obtain behavioral health services (substance abuse care and mental health services). A care manager will evaluate your needs and arrange for services. You do not need a referral from your primary care physician.

Because behavioral health services are provided in the strictest confidence, your permission is required to allow us to coordinate your care with your PCP.

The following table provides information regarding what you should do when you call to make an appointment.
