Rewards for BCN Advantage members
You work hard to take care of your health so we’d like to reward you for taking proactive steps to stay healthy. Our Healthy Advantage Rewards program is our way of thanking you for taking care of your health.
Health Risk Assessment
We recommend that you take a health risk assessment within 90 days of becoming a member to identify your health risks. Based on information you provide, we’ll give you a snapshot view of your health, as well as tips and advice on how you can use BCN Advantage benefits to minimize your health risks.
