Please note:

• You should always verify the current address and participation status with any physician you plan to visit. Its also recommended that you confirm that the physician is accepting new patients.

• If you are looking for a participating pharmacy for immunizations, select Immunization Pharmacies as a specialty and then call them to confirm that they participate and can administer the immunizations.

• You may need services from a provider type that is not listed in our Provider Search directory as a PPO provider or not contracted in a PPO panel. If you require services from a provider type not included in a PPO panel, select a provider who participates in our Traditional product to avoid sanctions.

• We made changes to the Specialty Subgroup selection option. You are now able to select a specialty subgroup to help refine your physician specialty search.
