Lynda Rossi
President
Lynda Rossi serves as the president of the Foundation's board of directors. She helps shape the overall strategy and direction of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Rossi joined the company in July 2007 as vice president of public policy and social mission.
Audrey Harvey, MPH, CPH
Executive Director and CEO
Audrey Harvey joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan in 1991 as manager of corporate taxation. She has served in a variety of roles before ultimately becoming the Foundation's executive director and CEO. Harvey holds a juris doctor, a master's degree in taxation and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, all from Wayne State University. She graduated from the University of South Florida in December 2017 with a master of public health – public health practice program. Harvey is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan, licensed to practice in the state of Illinois, a certified public accountant and certified in public health.
Myra M. Tetteh, MPP, Ph.D.
Senior Program Officer
Myra M. Tetteh is responsible for the Foundation’s Investigator Initiated, Physician Investigator and Community Matching grant programs in Southeast Michigan, the Bay Area, the Thumb and the Upper Peninsula. She is also responsible for the Foundation’s Student Award Program throughout Michigan. Tetteh holds a master's degree in public policy and a Ph.D. in public health both from the University of Michigan.
Kelly Brittain, Ph.D., RN
Senior Program Officer
Kelly Brittain is responsible for the Foundation’s Investigator Initiated, Physician Investigator, and Community Matching grant programs in Mid-Michigan, West Michigan and Northern Michigan. She's also responsible for the Foundation’s Proposal Development Award Program throughout Michigan. Brittain holds a master’s degree in community/urban health nursing from Wayne State University and a Ph.D. in Nursing with a concentration on Health Promotion/Risk Reduction from the University of Michigan.
Susan Shelton
Executive Assistant
Susan Shelton is the executive assistant to the Foundation's executive director and CEO and serves as the corporate board's secretary. Shelton joined the Foundation team in 2014. She also is the point person for planning, implementing and managing board activities.
Elba Huerta, MBA
Senior Analyst
Elba Huerta is responsible for the Foundation’s process improvement and accounts payable administration. She also is in charge of the monthly financial and accounting reporting. Huerta has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering with a specialty in software development from the Institute Technologic of Durango. She also holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from Walsh College.
